Job Description: Develop the strategic vision for and manage IT products and projects. Work closely with the Scrum team to maintain focus on goals, alignment with business needs and urgent matters, and adherence to strategic vision, budget, schedule, and scope. Motivate the Scrum team by leading with purpose and providing clear goals and direction. Prioritize and lead the product backlog, including definition of user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize and lead IT work in accordance with strategic vision, company goals, industry trends, and IT quality standards. Ensure acceptance criteria for UAT is set.
