Manages data and records in a confidential manner. The Birth Registrar Completes required documentation for live birth records for each infant born at CRCH and maintains knowledge of the Electronic Birth Certificate system. Completes required documentation for paternity establishment records. Completes required documentation for fetal death reporting and maintains and distributes related statistics.…
