About this role

Job Title: Certified Grounds Maintenance / Custodian Department: Grounds/Custodial Classification: Non-Exempt Grade: Union FTE: 1.0 Position Overview: Employees in this position perform maintenance duties on the Campus grounds and related equipment and interior cleaning and maintenance. Days/Hours: Typical Grounds work schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM approximately April 15 through October 15. Typical Custodial Services schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00AM – 1:30PM approximately October 15 through April 15 (Employees may be reassigned to Grounds during the winter months for snow emergencies or to Custodial Services during the growing season to meet departmental needs at peak hours).…
