Job Title: Employee Experience Manager Department: Human Resources Classification: Exempt Grade: 13 FTE/Working Schedule: 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) Position Overview: The Employee Experience Manager drives workplace excellence by leading two central priorities for the College: Staff Professional Development and Performance Management. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position provides expert consultation to managers, supervisors, and campus leaders on professional development, employee growth, performance appraisal, and compliance.
