About this role
This individual will be a key part of Legal and Compliance team and will support the platform teams to manage the various daily compliance matters relating to the SICAR platforms, non SICAR platforms and be the official compliance representative for all interactions with the CSSF. As AML/CTF & Compliance Officer in Carlyle you will manage the day-to-day activities, including control, advisory & reporting. KYC/AML/CTF In charge of the management, record keeping, monitoring and analytical functions involved with Know-Your Client (KYC) procedures, anti-fraud, Anti Money Laundering (AML), Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF) in Luxembourg, in particular for Sicar platform funds and assistance on non-SICAR platforms.…
