Position Overview CarMax reconditioning centers are where we recondition vehicles prior to sale. As a Management Assistant, you will support location operations by helping managers with hiring, onboarding, and orientation for new associates. You will also manage key administrative tasks, including paperwork, system updates, uniform and safety equipment ordering, and required safety and certification training. Some reconditioning centers also host wholesale auctions for licensed dealers; at those locations, you will support vehicle paperwork and cash handling in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.…
