About this role

Als Junior Operations Manager bist du ein zentraler Teil unseres operativen Geschäfts und übernimmst vom ersten Tag an echte Verantwortung. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Account Management und After Sales. Für einige unserer anspruchsvollsten Kunden steuerst du die kompletten operativen Prozesse auf unserer Plattform und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Abläufe mit Partnern und Kunden zuverlässig funktionieren. Mit dem Status quo gibst du dich dabei nicht zufrieden: Du hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse und treibst ihre Standardisierung und Automatisierung aktiv voran. Standort: Zentral in Berlin – Du arbeitest vor Ort in unserem Büro, hybrid mit 3 Tagen Office und 2 Tagen Homeoffice.
