Responsibilities รับเรื่องฉุกเฉินจากลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ ตรวจสอบสัญญาณ GPS ตรวจสอบตำแหน่ง GPS ในกรณีที่มีเหตุฉุกเฉินเช่น ยานพาหนะสูญหาย หรือ ถูกขโมย พร้อมทั้งติดตามเรื่องกับหน่วยงานที่เก่ยวข้อง ช่วยแก้ปัญหาต่างๆให้กับทางลูกค้า ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานและแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง ติดต่อประสานงานกับทางช่างเทคนิคในกรณีอุปกรณ์เกิดการเสียหาย Qualifications ตำแหน่งงานนี้เป็นงานกะ ทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์หมุนเวียนวันหยุด (หยุด 2 วันติดกัน) เวลาเข้างาน กะเช้า 08.00น. - 17.00น. กะดึก 20.00น. - 05.00น สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (มีค่ากะให้ในเดือนที่ต้องทำกะดึก) สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ไม่จำกัดวุฒิการศึกษา มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center หรือ Customer Service มาอย่างน้อย 6 เดือน หรือเคยผ่านงาน Part-time มา
