Summary : The Front Desk Security Counselor is primarily responsible for providing good customer service and exercising good judgement in managing the residence during the overnight hours. The Front Desk Security Counselor may participate in any of the activities consistent with a Residential Counselor’s scope of responsibilities by helping residents learn community life skills appropriate to their needs as recorded in their comprehensive service plan so that they may grow toward more independent lives.
