About this role
Vous êtes rattaché à l’équipe Support au sein du département ELS (Epargne Longue Salariale et Retraite). Votre mission principale est de garantir le bon fonctionnement des outils de production de l’ELS (systèmes NOEE / Alto). Vous assurez le support de premier niveau auprès des utilisateurs, en prenant en charge les incidents et les demandes via un outil de ticketing, et en assurant leur suivi jusqu’à leur résolution. L’équipe Support intervient sur de nombreux sujets et assure la coordination avec différents interlocuteurs, notamment notre prestataire informatique ainsi que les différentes entités du Groupe Crédit Agricole.…
