About this role

About the Role: As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment for a healthcare client. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function and focuses on providing preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and responding to emergency service calls across multiple facilities. The position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with an occasional weekend rotation approximately every two months. A valid driver's license. Candidates with general maintenance experience.
