About the Role: As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.What You’ll Do: * Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. * Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. * Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. * Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion. * Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.…
