About As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function and focuses on providing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general support for building systems and equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, using hand tools, moving furniture or equipment as needed, and performing general maintenance tasks. A valid driver's license is required.
