About this role

About As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment, with a focus on FLS systems, fire extinguishers, electrical systems, and PIV maintenance. This position follows a Monday through Friday, day-shift schedule. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) with a focus on HVAC systems and equipment. Support Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems, including inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers. Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.…
