About this role
About As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services team, providing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep facilities operating safely and efficiently. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Day Shift). You will support a big client campus in Ames, IA, maintaining operations across three buildings in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
