About the Role As a CBRE Mobile Engineer, you’ll help keep facilities and building systems operating safely and effectively through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The role supports a variety of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, life safety, controls, and other facility systems. What You’ll Do Building Maintenance & Repairs Perform and oversee preventive maintenance and corrective repairs. Maintain mechanical, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems. Troubleshoot building and equipment issues and coordinate emergency repairs when needed. Help ensure equipment and building systems achieve their expected service life.…
