About the Role: As a CBRE Tenant Services Coordinator, you will oversee the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group. What You’ll Do: Work with a Market Leader to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to customers. Create monthly forecasting reports and present to management. Verify the database of management and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date. Review and approve vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables and contract execution process. Support the contract execution process.
