Job Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Senior Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process during a period of peak hiring demand. This role is primarily focused on high-volume recruitment delivery for all levels from staff to manager level. The position will play a key role in ensuring efficient hiring execution, strong pipeline readiness, and a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
