About this role
In qualità di Ambassador della Maison, garantirai un'esperienza eccellente nelle nostre boutique durante tutto il percorso del cliente. Le tue principali mansioni saranno le seguenti: 1. Essere il primo contatto in boutique con la Maison rispettando le nostre linee guida di grooming. 2. Accogliere calorosamente il cliente ed indirizzarlo verso gli spazi ed i Fashion Advisors, a seconda del motivo della sua visita garantendo un servizio su misura per i VIC. 3. Prestare massima attenzione alla qualità dell’accoglienza e gestire i flussi in boutique, assicurando un’organizzazione fluida del traffico con un focus sulla clientela internazionale. 4.…
