About this role

Seeking a leader for our Indiana plant's 3rd shift with strong communication and team building skills who helps the operations team safely deliver quality parts on-time to customers. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading the work being done by the production teams within their group. Clearly communicate plans and instructions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Others as assigned. Ensure that decisions are made in a timely manner and are communicated with follow through and that consistent and effective communication takes place at all levels by keeping everyone informed and avoiding surprises, including recognizing and addressing employee performance problems in a timely manner and performing coaching and counseling with employees as necessary.…
