About this role

The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive support to the Leadership Team at CDR Maguire Engineering, aiding in the scaling of business needs and fostering the growth, knowledge, and development of area leadership. This role will also facilitate the hiring process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Additionally, the HR Generalist will offer broad support to the HR team across various divisions under the CDR Companies umbrella and continue to develop expertise across all areas of Human Resources. This role will be responsible for various HR functions including addressing employee relations issues, benefits, compliance, access permissions, and leading projects for process improvement.…
