Cedar Point Health is a physician-owned company with a dedication to healthcare on the western slope of Colorado. With three urgent care sites, three family practice locations, one internal medicine office, and our PT wellness center, we have lots of options to support our patients. We are looking for a qualified NP or PA to fill an available position at our Primary Care location in Montrose, Colorado.
