About this role

Celtic Bank is seeking an experienced VP, Portfolio Manager to join our Corporate Finance team. This role will be responsible for the underwriting and active management of a dedicated portfolio of middle-market corporate loans, with a primary focus on syndicated, leveraged finance, and cash flow-based credit facilities. The VP, Portfolio Manager will monitor borrower performance, financial reporting, covenant compliance, and overall credit risk while leading periodic portfolio reviews and supporting new transaction underwriting as needed. Working as part of relationship-led deal teams, this individual will prepare and present credit recommendations, collaborate with partners throughout the loan lifecycle, and identify emerging risks early.…
