About this role
The Care Manager will provide complex, high-risk care management for pediatric members. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, completing screenings, and connecting members with appropriate resources. The Care Manager will also support other Care Managers by answering questions and providing guidance on complex cases. Candidates must have experience in pediatric care management and hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Candidates must reside in North Carolina. This is a remote positio n.
