Position Purpose: The Director, Strategic Initiatives leads high-impact strategic initiatives that advance Provider Data Operations priorities and initiatives. This role translates strategy into actionable plans, aligns business and technology partners, navigates complex dependencies, and drives initiatives from concept through implementation. The Director provides structure and leadership in ambiguous environments, removes barriers, and ensures measurable business outcomes through strong execution, stakeholder alignment, and change leadership. Key Details : This is a remote role within the continental United States. Approximately 25 - 50% travel.
