Position Purpose: The Student Pharmacist Intern will gain hands-on experience in specialty pharmacy while working under the supervision of licensed pharmacists. This role provides exposure to the full specialty pharmacy process, including prescription intake, medication access, fulfillment, patient support, quality assurance, and pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities Support daily specialty pharmacy workflows and patient-related activities within authorized scope of practice. Gain exposure to medication access, prior authorizations, financial assistance, adherence, REMS, and complex therapies. Identify and help resolve workflow barriers that may delay prescription fulfillment. Research pharmacy-related topics and present findings to pharmacists and pharmacy leadership.…
