About this role

Position Purpose: Support the UM Program & Portfolio Management team in improving Utilization Management operations across Centene. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting key UM program workstreams, tracking initiatives, analyzing operational data, and preparing leadership updates. What You’ll Do Support UM Program workstreams, including Intake, Correspondence, P2P, and NSU. Track workstream progress, priorities, action items, and key deliverables. Maintain program workbooks, status dashboards, and reporting tools. Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Prepare meeting agendas, notes, leadership summaries, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional partners across UM initiatives.…
