Position Purpose: Supervise and monitor the performance of Quality Improvement Associates who support all Retention activities to ensure that members receive accurate information and that the standard operating procedures and quality assurance standards are met. Manage the production of the Quality Improvement Associates ensuring effective skill assessment of new and existing staff and to facilitate training to address the gaps identified. Research and use best practices to achieve effective project implementation and outcomes. Investigate exploitation of infrastructure tools to optimize productivity and performance.
