About this role

Position Purpose: Act as the liaison regarding the delivery of behavioral health and/or physical health services to Native Americans. Key Details: Candidates must reside in Arizona, with a preference for those located in the Phoenix area. Previous experience with tribal health services and community outreach is preferred. Responsible for providing development and training to Native American Tribes. Maintain database inputs and extract monthly reports reflecting trends and patterns in reported incidents. Assist community with prevention and awareness. Make recommendations for investigations, follow •ups and/or corrective actions. Conduct interviews and site visits to discuss cultural needs.
