About this role

Position Purpose: The Vendor Operations Analyst identifies and presents business and operational specifications based on customer and business needs, industry best practices and available technology. Implements processes, systems and methodologies to meet the company’s business initiatives. Assists Vendor Management with vendor performance management, governance and oversight, data analytics and reporting, risk and compliance monitoring, and implementation support. Applies performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPI) that allow the business to analyze, evaluate and report vendor performance to senior management, including performance against contractual SLAs, quality metrics, and regulatory requirements.…
