About this role
Base: $85,000-$95,000 annually Additional Compensation: up to 40% annual performance bonus Oversee and direct the Local Leasing program to maximize and manage local leasing revenue, expenses, and licensees to meet or exceed annual budget targets and client expectations. Foster relationships with on-site property management team. Build relationships with existing licensees, prospective licensees, community partners, and potential sponsors to maximize miscellaneous income opportunities. PRINCIPAL JOB ACTIVITIES: Business Development Prospect and network offsite a minimum of two days per week to identify new and unique tenants, cultivate relationships, for the local leasing program and/or permanent leasing program.
