RECREATION SERVICES FIELD SUPERVISOR

JOB PURPOSE: The Recreation Services Field Supervisor will provide regular oversite of CenterLight’s contracted Alternative Care Site’s. The Recreation Services Field Supervisor will also participate in the day-to-day supervision of the Day Health Center and assist the management team with ensuring that all administrative duties are covered. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide direct supervision of contracted alternative care sites including: Direct on-site supervision of operations and participant care Review and on-site observation of programming and scheduling. Review of attendance logs and site care plans Ensures contracted alternative care site audits are completed and recommended actions have been adopted. Reassesses for performance as necessary.…
