About this role
Position Summary - This role is Hybrid. You will be required to travel to our office in Farmington Hills multiple times a week. Centria's Recruiting Department supports over 3,000 geographically dispersed team members covering four time zones. As a Clinical Recruiter, you will source, recruit, and hire individuals interested in working with children on the Autism Spectrum. Those candidates will become Behavior Technicians who will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy or BCBAs (Supervising Clinicians), who directly supervise a team of Behavior Technicians. ABA Therapy is a Surgeon General approved and peer-reviewed science that shows a significant impact across social and functional living skills for children and young adults on the Autism Spectrum.…
