Je combineert servicedeskwerkzaamheden met werkplekbeheer en ondersteuning op locatie. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer help je een gebruiker op afstand, de andere keer stap je in de auto om collega's op een andere locatie te ondersteunen.…
