About this role
What You’ll Do: The Director of Forward Planning leads due diligence and entitlement activities during land acquisition to get the project ready for development. You are directly involved in creating and constructing new communities, from raw land to finished neighborhoods. Your Key Responsibilities Include: Provide support to both Land Acquisition and Land Development. Work with the acquisition team to complete all due diligence, plan and entitle all new communities and prepare projects for land development and vertical construction. Performs as lead contact and coordinator for due diligence. Assist Land Department with Budgets (development, feasibility). Prepare preliminary proformas and house price worksheets for prospective Land acquisitions.…
