What You’ll Do: Century Communities is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing Technology to own the technology that powers our buyers' journey from first click to closing table. This role provides full technical ownership of our Salesforce and Optimizely platform ecosystems, leads two application teams, and serves as the primary IT business partner to Marketing and Sales leadership. The ideal candidate pairs deep platform expertise with the judgment to translate business priorities into a coherent roadmap across our Lead Acquisition through Close value stream.
