About this role

Role Purpose The Operations Specialist reports to the Operations Team Leader and is responsible for supporting the efficient, accurate and compliant execution of loan administration, NPE operations, garnishments, subsidy processing and deceased account management within an SLA-driven outsourced banking operations environment. Main Accountabilities Manages the end-to-end administration of performing and non-performing retail loan portfolios, including loan servicing, restructurings, collateral management and operational processing.
