Το άτομο που αναλαμβάνει τον ρόλο του Collection Agent αποτελεί το πρώτο σημείο επαφής με τους δανειολήπτες, παρέχοντας καθοδήγηση και προτάσεις για λύσεις πληρωμής και ρύθμισης οφειλών, στο πλαίσιο ενός δομημένου και δεοντολογικού συστήματος διαχείρισης. Ο ρόλος συμβάλλει ουσιαστικά στη διαμόρφωση ρεαλιστικών, βιώσιμων λύσεων που ενισχύουν τη θετική εμπειρία του πελάτη και την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση των απαιτήσεων της εταιρείας. Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες: Λειτουργεί ως πρώτο σημείο επαφής με τους πελάτες, παρέχοντας καθοδήγηση και εξατομικευμένες λύσεις πληρωμής και ρύθμισης, με στόχο την επίτευξη των καθορισμένων στόχων σύμφωνα με τη στρατηγική της εταιρείας.
