Location Turramurra, NSW, Australia The Disability Support Worker role at CPA exists to provide high-quality, person-centered support to people with disabilities. You will play a vital role in empowering clients to live as independently as possible, by helping them to achieve their goals and supporting their day-to-day wellbeing, dignity and quality of life. About the Clients: At CPA, our SIL houses typically accommodate between 3–6 clients. Clients can range in age from their early 20s through to more mature-aged clients. Individuals living in CPA group homes may have a variety of disabilities, including but not limited to Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Down syndrome, and other intellectual or physical disabilities.…
