About this role

You will be working on development of High Temperature Superconducting (HTS) cables and coils. You will work on the design, assembly, commissioning and operation of winding and cabling machines used to produce HTS cables with REBCO tapes. We will teach you everything you need to know, the most important is that you are curious and eager to learn. Your responsibilities Perform quality control (QC) and measurements on REBCO tapes. Participate in the qualification of the mechanical properties of REBCO tapes. Make diagrams, wiring, PLC programming and commissioning of electro-mechanical systems.
