PMO - Capital Markets Senior Manager
As part of CFGI’s Project Management Advisory practice, you will work as an extension of our client’s team to lead and coordinate complex transaction and finance transformation projects. This position will focus on capital markets initiatives and play an integral role in delivering successful outcomes across multiple workstreams.
You will be responsible for coordinating CFGI services across projects that may include Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), acquisitions, divestitures and carve-outs, finance organization transformations, and technology implementations. This includes overseeing technical accounting, SEC reporting, internal controls, finance transformation, and cybersecurity efforts.…
