Value Creation Office - Manager

CFGI is seeking a Manager to support and lead private equity value creation initiatives, portfolio company performance improvement programs, and strategic internal initiatives. This role will focus on leading workstreams, managing day-to-day program execution, coordinating initiative governance, and delivering financial and operational analyses that support measurable business outcomes.
