About this role

CFGI is seeking a Senior Manager to lead private equity value creation initiatives, portfolio company performance improvement programs, and strategic internal initiatives.   This role will combine engagement leadership, strategic problem solving, operational execution, financial performance management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
