About this role
The role Most companies treat social as a posting schedule. We treat it as the surface area where our point of view shows up in market. The manifesto, the diagnostic, the architecture diagram, the events, the community. None of it lands without distribution. That's this job. You'll own the Chapter 2 LinkedIn page, the new C2 Network Slack community, and the marketing of every C2 event. You'll set the channel strategy for two of our sister businesses (FTL and SGNL) and decide which new channels we open (Instagram, TikTok, anywhere else the audience is). You'll write, film, edit, ship, measure, and adjust. You'll work next to the founders, not three layers below them. This is a builder role, not a maintainer one.
