JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Implementations at Chariot will be responsible for leading the technical onboarding of our most important nonprofit partners onto a fast growing payments product. You’ll be at the center of customer success, technical delivery, and product feedback. This isn’t just about getting nonprofits live. It’s about learning what’s working, identifying what’s not, and helping Chariot build better product.
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker, execution focused, and product minded. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between nonprofits usage and internal product development - making each launch smoother than the one before and every implementation a driver for building a more intuitive product.…
