Deine Aufgaben Du verantwortest Bewegtbildproduktionen von Social Formaten bis zu CTV Kampagnen. Dabei begleitest du Projekte von der Feinkonzeption bis zur Veröffentlichung. Du planst Budgets und Timings, koordinierst Teams und Partner*innen und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe in Studio, am Set und in der Postproduktion. Du arbeitest eng mit Account, Kreation und Post zusammen und findest für jede Idee das passende Setup. Du hast Bock kurzfristig relevante Ad-hoc-Inhalte herzustellen, wenn Trends wichtiger sind als ein großes Produktionssetup. Du gehst dafür selbst drehen und bringst das Material eigenständig bis zum finalen Edit auf Publishing-Standard. Du setzt KI dort ein, wo sie Qualität und Effizienz verbessert, und entscheidest sicher, wann sie nicht das richtige Tool ist.…
