As our next Credit Control Agent, you’ll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This isn’t just about chasing payments. It’s about helping our trade members stay financially healthy, supported, and active on the platform, so they can keep growing their business, and we can keep building ours. Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on: - Making and receiving calls from existing trade members to resolve payment issues. - Setting up direct debits, processing card payments, and agreeing on realistic payment terms. - Listening carefully, solving problems, and removing barriers to payment, with empathy and a commercial mindset. - Keeping accurate records across systems like Zuora and Salesforce.…
