업무 커뮤니케이션은 기본적으로 영어로 진행되며, 미국 기반 Leadership / Engineering Team과 함께 일하게 됩니다. 입사 후 6개월 이후에는 US Visa Sponsorship도 검토 가능합니다.
■ 포지션 소개
Cheiron의 agent 레이어와 이를 받치는 백엔드 시스템을 함께 만들어갈 Backend Engineer, Applied Agents를 찾습니다.
Cheiron의 agent는 단순히 답변을 생성하는 데서 끝나지 않습니다. 실제 약물 개발 워크플로우 안에서 여러 단계를 수행하고, 도구(tool)를 안정적으로 호출하고, 격리된 환경에서 코드를 실행하고, 멀티스텝 작업의 컨텍스트를 기억하며, 최종 결과를 검증 가능한 형태로 사용자에게 전달해야 합니다. 이 모든 것을 받치는 agent runtime, harness, memory, tool execution 레이어를 직접 설계하고 출시하게 됩니다.
우리는 연구용 데모나 프로토타입이 아니라, 실제 사용자 환경에서 동작하는 제품을 만듭니다.…
