Job Description: Our Opportunity Chew y Operations Teams relies on trusted metrics, reporting, and analysis to manage performance across a large and complex fulfillment network. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst II to independently own operational reporting and analytics that help leaders and operators understand results, investigate issues, and improve the customer experience. This role combines advanced SQL analysis, dashboard and data-product development, recurring reporting, data quality leadership, and operational deep dives. The BIA II will own analytical workstreams within defined fulfillment domains, navigate questions whose requirements are not always clear, and translate operational needs into trusted metrics, actionable insights, and practical recommendations.…
