About this role

Under the general supervision of the Chief Information Officer, the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of CII’s main constituent database, Salesforce. This position will work closely with the CII user community to solve business problems by configuring the Salesforce platform to meet the operational and strategic goals of the organization. The Salesforce Administrator will assist in building and managing reports and dashboards, overseeing data quality, providing employee training, and implementing new features and functionality as they become available through software updates or enhancements.
